Counsel at CM Law, Flavien Carbone mainly assists and advises international and local clients on their mergers and acquisitions, corporate, banking and finance, funds raising and real estate transactions.
He particularly develops expertise on bank loan financing transactions, including the drafting and review of facility and collateral agreements coupled with the issue of related legal opinions.
Before joining CM Law as a Senior Associate in 2014, Flavien worked as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg for three years.
He studied in France and in Luxembourg and he is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012.
