With over 12 years of professional experience in Luxembourg and a background in both common and civil law systems, Ekaterina brings a valuable cross-border perspective to her clients, including private equity firms, multinational companies, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
She specializes in a wide range of corporate law matters (such as cross-border M&A and reorganizations, equity restructurings, joint ventures, and compliance) and finance transactions (including secured lending, debt restructurings, fund finance, and acquisition finance). Ekaterina also advises on general matters of civil and commercial law.
Before joining CM Law, Ekaterina served as counsel at the corporate department of Van Campen Liem Luxembourg and the banking & finance department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
She is licensed to practice law in New York State since 2014.
