Catherine Graff has 17 years of solid experience in employment and social security law. She advises local and international companies on social law issues and provides support in the areas of corporate restructuring, acquisition, transfer or merger of companies, business transfers, rationalisation measures, collective redundancies and outsourcing of resources.
Catherine supports her clients with all their employment-related matters and assists them, amongst others, in managing their labour affairs (from the beginning of the employment contract to its termination), in protecting employee’s data, in monitoring employees at the workplace or in relation to the use of social media and IT devices.
Recognised for her strong expertise in both counselling and litigation, Catherine focuses in high-stakes employment cases and settles multidisciplinary cases related to directors’ liability, compensation policies, international social security as well as conflicts between shareholders.
Before joining CM Law in 2016, Catherine practiced for almost 15 years in the employment and litigation departments of magic circle law firms in Luxembourg. She intervenes as speaker at seminars and regularly publishes articles and opinions on current employment law developments in the press.
